No excuses this time.

I used to be so happy when I got my first job at a local movie theater near my house.

I was 16 and I remember turning in an application for this job three times in a row (I assume they weren’t hiring anyone at the time).

One of the managers called me in for an interview and as soon as it was over, she told me to get ready for paperwork.

After weeks of praying…I finally got my first job!

Unfortunately, the job got more and more toxic every year.

Don’t worry I didn’t come on here to complain to you about my dead end job. There’s already enough of that.

This is the time that I tell you what I’ve been doing to fix the problem.

Creative outlets are essential to your mental health.

I think creative outlets are therapy. They help us cultivate our thoughts and express them in a way that is fluid.

We are able to feel however we want to feel and translate what it looks like on a blank canvas like writing a paper or spray painting a mural.

My personal creative outlet is writing. I can say how I feel freely and share it however I want.
