Overthinking is just a state of mind to me.
It’s really just a combination of stress and foreboding at the same time. Overthinking seems so hard to get out of and I’m pretty sure the majority of us have been there.
There’s almost no way out of it once it starts.
No amount of therapy, breathing exercises, or phone time was enough to help me. Hell, I almost gave up after trying these things for the millionth time. And no one can really help you with this issue except yourself.
Once I got to college I realized I had to do something about this quick — before I end up with no hair.
After months of trying every trick in the books, I came up with some methods that will stop you from overthinking.
Just say that 9 times out of ten, you’re being dramatic.
Most of the time this is how the overthinking starts.
You think you have too many tasks to do and not enough time. So you panic and you get weary of the future. Is everything going to be okay?
Yes it is dammit!
Just say that to yourself enough times and eventually you’ll start to believe it.
