ChatGPT is Just a Trend – And Nothing More
Am I the only one that’s SICK of ChatGPT right now?
If I see another post about “800 ChatGPT prompts to help you poop better”, I’ll explode.
I know ChatGPT is still the hot trend now for digital writers…I get it.
I’ve tinkered with it my fair share amount of times as well.
Heck, I’ve made free resources from it.
But let’s be honest:
That’s not really how you want to write.
It’s so boring.
If you can use an AI tool to write your articles, tweets, emails, etc., then what’s the point of being a digital writer?
I get enjoyment out of writing my story and giving readers takeaways they can resonate with. I get enjoyment out of gaining strong connections with my audience. I get enjoyment out of building something organically rather than sitting on my couch.
ChatGPT is like Justin Bieber's music while simply writing quality stuff that fulfills your audience long-term is Michael Jackson's music.
ChatGPT will always be a trend and nothing more.
That’s the truth.
It’s essential for digital writers to keep up with trends. It’s even more essential to focus on the writing that lasts forever.
That’s my rant.
